The goal is to ensure the planning system: Delivers decisions that are more coherent, consistent and well justified Reaches decisions with minimum delay Makes the process of securing decisions more user-friendly HBF has been involved in the preparation of the document and has endorsed it, along with the British Property Federation and British Chambers of Commerce. CBI is now a major force for change in the planning system.
