The industry urgently needs recent graduates (graduated within the last 5 years) to become role models and act as ‘ambassadors’ for the industry.
The HBF wants to build up a database of individuals who can support the industrys recruitment activities - for example the University Roadshow programme and potential site visits. Also to act as mentors to new recruits in house building companies and provide external support to those who might otherwise leave the industry once trained.
