Liason meeting with Southern Water to discuss members concerns over system & procedures and general costs.
A liaison meeting has been arranged with Southern Water to discuss their new structure and proposed methods of working. At an earlier meeting members expressed concern over the practicality of some of the arrangements and called for standard response times, documentation, charges etc.
