This Web site at hbf.co.uk (the ‘site’) is owned and operated by The Home Builders Federation (‘HBF’). We are a private company limited by guarantee with our place of business at HBF House, 27 Broadwall, London, SE1 9PL.
The terms and conditions set out below (the ‘Terms’) shall apply to all users of the site. The terms ‘you’, ‘your’ and ‘user’ refer to any individual and/or business accessing this site for any reason. References to ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ are references to HBF.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of HBF and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Visitor Provided Material
Any material that a visitor to this Website sends or posts to this Website shall be considered non-proprietary and non confidential. We shall be entitled to copy, disclose, distribute or use for such other purpose as we deem appropriate all material provided to us, with the exception of personal information, the use of which is covered under our Privacy Policy.

Site Uptime
All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this Website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in Website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

You do not have to register with the HBF site to access the information and material held on the site but may find added benefits in doing so.
When you register with HBF to access the HBF members area, you will be asked to supply certain information including a valid e-mail address and you must provide hbf.co.uk with accurate and complete registration information.
