We focus on supporting clients in the delivery of large scale urban settlements, city centre towers and mixed use projects and are market leaders in advice, structuring and delivery of Garden Communities.
Our 100+ strong planning team call on many years of experience advising across all aspects of planning and environmental/natural capital law working on complex and innovative projects, from strategic advice on planning allocations, to EIA, negotiation of planning agreements for residential through to planning appeals and judicial review and enforcement proceedings. We advise on all planning related aspects of residential developments including strategic advisory work, stewardship, EIA/application reviews, major section 106 and other associated statutory agreements, regeneration advice and compulsory purchase orders, creation of and interaction with development corporations.
Our team also includes colleagues who have worked across a range of industries including the residential and wider development industries as lawyers but also uniquely in land, planning and delivery roles.
