BNG: Understanding the small site metric

In response to feedback from our SME members, Matthew Dodds, Associate Ecologist at Environment Bank, will provide an overview of the small site metric and guidance on how to use the BNG calculation tool.

Hosted by Sam Stafford, our Planning Director, the webinar will also feature Rachel Danemann, HBF’s BNG lead and Regional Planner, who will discuss the challenges facing SME home builders.

Additionally, Nick White, Natural England’s Principal Advisor on Net Gain, will return to discuss the workability of the metric and answer your questions.

This session follows our previous webinar on mandatory BNG for home builders and live Q&A on requirements for small sites.
