Attracting more, high quality people into the home building industry is one of the biggest challenges faced by home builders which is why we want to encourage more volunteers to take up this important role.
Working with STEM showcases the essential work the ambassador programme is doing to help thousands of volunteers across the UK to access events, feedback and resources; ensuring they are fully equipped to inspire the next generation of young people considering a career in construction & the built environment.
This session is open to all home building organisations and their employees, it will provide the tools & resources to become a successful ambassador. Being an ambassador not only helps encourage the next generation into our sector but helps with our own professional development.
