The Future Talent Group is a membership group for new entrants and early talent in the sector, offering insight into, experience in, guidance on and opportunities in the home building industry.

The group is designed to support those with 5 or less years of industry experience, including those enrolled on or starting a graduate programme, apprenticeship, fast track recruitment programme, or embarking on a new career path.

Drawing on the breadth of HBF's influence across the industry and unparalleled housing policy expertise, the group's professional development, learning and networking opportunities aim to support early talent in their chosen career paths.
