Attracting more, high quality people into the home building sector is one of the biggest challenges we face. To help address this, the Home Building Skills Partnership launched a major campaign to attract more young people into the industry promoting a full spectrum of homebuilding careers.

The Attract Social Media Campaign

The HBF Attraction campaign were set up to promote the home building industry and the variety of roles available. From site management to HR management, there many career routes people can take available to school and college leavers and ex-military. Following the launch of HBF's three Attract campaigns overall views of the our dedicated careers website, www.housebuildingcareers.org.uk increased by 174% between April 2018 and January 2020.
