Overview

The site manager and assistant site manager play a key role in ensuring all aspects of the Home Building site are delivered to specified quality, construction standards, financial plan and programme, managing all occupational groups involved in the construction process.  A clear emphasis is placed on health & safety; cost management; customer satisfaction; quality and direct employee/subcontractor management & development.
