HBF has submitted a written response to the London Borough of Barnet regarding pre-inquiry alterations to the Unitary Development Plan.
HBF were concerned as to the reliance the Council had placed in the Draft London Plan (DLP) in informing the adoption of a 50% affordable housing target. Considering the DLP is still only in the early stages of adoption with full public scrutiny yet to commence.
