HBF representations on the Berkshire Structure Plan pre-EIP Changes. The representations largely reiterate comments made on the deposit plan that the Joint Strategic Planning Unit has so far produced too little information on the asumptions underlying the plan's strategy that it is impossible for an informed debate to take place at the EIP. This is due to be held later in 2003.
