The HBF has submitted further written comments to Brentwood District Council concerning its housing supply requirement.
The HBF has emphasised that Brentwood's plan period will need to be extended to at least 2015. This is to ensure the council conforms with the planning minister's statement in July 2003 for local plans to provide for at least ten years land supply from their eventual adoption date.
