A partnership which mirrors the project in England has been set up in Wales. This involves the housebuilding industry represented by the House Builders Federation, the Welsh Assembly Government’s architecture and design champion, the Design Commission for Wales (DCFW) and the campaigners represented by the Civic Trust in Wales. In March and April, a team appointed by the partnership will research and prepare the first ten case studies in Wales. The schemes chosen will represent the standard of housing that we want to see built across Wales.
