HBF has submitted representations to Chesterfield Borough Council concerning its Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance on Affordable Housing. In particular, with regard to variance between the content of it and the Council's Adopted Local Plan.
The HBF considers that the document's content should accord with that of the Adopted Local Plan, and not that of the Council's Second Deposit Draft Local Plan which has yet to be tested at Inquiry.
