Land purchase and sale, options, affordable housing sales, plot sales and part exchange transactions, setting up new sites for sale, generally resolving historic site queries, assisting regions with customer care issues and litigation.

PLEASE DESCRIBE WHAT YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?

Each day varies tremendously. I may be involved in transactional works or covering plot sales for colleagues. I manage the Northampton and Glouceter offices (18 people in total) and that can take up several days a week.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?

The variety. Involvement with the regions and working together to achieve demanding targets and deadlines.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE THIS CAREER?

I was a lawyer in a private practice for 6 years but wanted to move in-house for more commercial work and the chance to manage a team..
