What is a Commercial Manager/Director?
The Commercial Department controls the monetary side of the individual projects.
A Commercial Director/Manager/Executive would coordinate the activities of all the disciplines within Group Commercial, ensuring the regions adhere to company policy and standards etc.
How can you become a Commercial Manager/Director?
Most would start as a Certified Quantity Surveyor however, nothing set in stone, a strong degree in building management would be beneficial. Membership of RICS would also be an advantage.
