The Home Builders Federation has announced that New Homes Week (NHW) will take place from Monday 3 to Sunday 9 February 2025.
Launched by HBF in 2005, New Homes Week is an annual awareness campaign designed to provide a platform for the home building industry to come together in highlighting the benefits of new build homes.
Each year the campaign revolves around a key theme. Next year’s theme, ‘Building communities’, will use storytelling to showcase how new build development enhances local areas and highlight the strong sense of community established within new build developments.
Last year’s New Homes Week generated more than 4 million content views, with over 1,000 pieces of user-generated content celebrating new build homes shared on social media. The campaign successfully raised awareness of new build benefits, with 55 news stories published and broadcast coverage secured across eight stations.
The campaign’s success relies on the active involvement of industry and partners who help to broaden the reach of our positive messaging. To support this, HBF produces a campaign toolkit and resources each year.
