Representations submitted by HBF on East Hampshire District Council's consultation draft affordable housing supplementary planning guidance. HBF considers that the changes proposed are contrary to Government policy in Circular 6/98 and PPG12. HBF also expresses serious concerns that there has been inadequate consultation on this document.
