The House Builders Federation (HBF) has developed an overview of the issues being considered by the Review and a number of proposals for how to improve the delivery of the Sustainable Communities Plan. These are set out in the attached note. In addition we have a number of other comments on the questions raised in the public consultation document as set out in the attached document.
