HBF has submitted written representations in response to a proposed alteration to policy HSG10 Affordable Housing for the Elmbridge Local Plan.
HBF objected to the reduction of the site size threshold and the increase in the proportion of affordable housing sought on all new development. The proposed modifications were objected to on the basis that they were contary to Government legislation and substantiated through a Housing Needs Survey which had a number of pitfalls.
