On the 16th April 2003,Employer and Unions agreed a new three year pay and condition settlement in respect of the Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC)Working Rule Agreement (WRA ). The new agreement settles pay rates for the next three years for operatives and for the next year in respect of apprentices.The new minimum rates,which are effective from Monday 30 June 2003,are set out in the attached briefing produced by the Construction Confederation Industrial Relations Department.
