A one day practical introductory course
HBF's introductory one day course will help you to understand of the language and principles of project management, to work in a project team, to manage change and innovation.
The course covers the principles of project management and responsibilities of project personnel, planning and scheduling, communications, quality and risk management, teamwork, resource management, handover and review.
The first course is on Monday 4 April 2005.
The fee is 292.00 plus VAT.
