Committee report outlining Hampshire County Council's proposed amendments to its education contributions policy. The proposals include, amongst other things, decreasing the site size threshold from which contributions will be sought from 100 down to 10 dwellings. The report will soon be published for consultation as Supplementary Planning Guidance - probably in SUmmer 2003
