The HBF has submitted representations to Harborough District Council concerning its draft Supplementary Planning Guidance in respect of Housing Monitoring & Site Release. The HBF’s comments primarily relate to: · The fact that not all sites with outstanding planning permission will come forward · Windfall Allowances · Lead in times for developments · Site release difficulties .
