The HBF has prepared a briefing paper for draft consultation PPS 11 - regional planning. Comments are invited by the office of the deputy prime minister (ODPM) until 16 January 2004. If you wish to make any comments on the detail of this briefing paper, please submit them to James McConnell (james.mcconnell@hbf.co.uk) by 5.00 pm 2 January 2004.
Draft PPS 11 regional planning draft planning policy statement 11 (PPS11) has been released for public consultation. It will replace PPG 11 regional planning and the regional spatial supplementary guidance to PPG11 issued in February 2003.
