The HBF have submitted a number of objections to the Vale of Glamorgan SPG on Affordable Housing. The HBF is concerned with the use of the document as interim development control purposes prior to the consultation process. The HBF is also concerned that the council’s approach risks creating a greater affordability problem as they fail to seriously consider the development economics problem.
