The OFT has issued a questionnaire to trade associations and other industry bodies, covering warranties, building regulations, planning and consumer matters, with a deadline for responses of 7th September 2007. HBF’s draft response is available for HBF member comment. Comments should be sent to John Stewart (john.stewart@hbf.co.uk) by first thing on 6th September.
The OFT will be issuing a questionnaire to house builders in due course.
