The Housing Corporation has today released full details of the £300 million HomeBuy Direct scheme, announced by the Government on 2 September. We attach the Prospectus, which includes contact details at the Housing Corporation. Below are web links to three further documents on the Housing Corporation web site. The scheme is open to bids from any home builder, regardless of size. The Corporation suggests bids would be “expected” for schemes in excess of 15 units, but we understand they may consider dwelling numbers a little below this threshold. The Corporation will particularly consider bids for smaller sites in rural areas.
