HBF raises sewage capacity issue with Rhodri Morgan

At the business partnership council meeting held on 5 March, the HBF raised the issue of sewage capacity holding up 23,550 homes and 1,460 hectares of commercial development. The HBF also raised the issue of the length of time it takes to get planning permission and difficulties bringing sites forward. Skills shortages were also discussed.

The business partnership council meets quarterly and provides an excellent opportunity to raise the industry's concerns with key AMs.
