HBF response to Croydon UDP review - pre-inquiry changes

7 Jul, 2004

The HBF has submitted objections to the London Borough of Croydon's proposed pre-inquiry changes to its Unitary Development Plan (UDP) review.

The HBF's objections relate to a stipulation that all housing should meet 'lifetime homes' standards. The HBF regards this as a matter that falls under building regulations and not planning legislation, and so should be deleted from the plan.
