The ODPM consultation on proposed Robust Standard Details instead of sound testing for Part E of the Building Regulations closed on 10 November 2003. This is the HBF response to that consultation.
Obviously as the instigator of the proposals, the HBF is in favour. There are 13 tested RSDs out to consultation and, if the principal is accepted, we hope to add others.
