The HBF has issued a response to Tower Hamlets' first deposit draft UDP.
The HBF's response relates to:
policy HSG 4 and the proposal for an affordable housing threshold of 10 units, and an off-site target of 50 percent affordable housing provision
policy HSG 5 and the proposal for a ratio of 80:20 social rented to intermediate tenure split, as well as the need for flexibility when it comes to integrating affordable housing and the external appearance of affordable housing
policy HSG 7 and the retention of affordable housing in perpetuity
policy HSG 10 and planning standard 3 on 'lifetime homes'
policy UD 9 on public art
policy ENV 8 on energy efficiency
policy ENV 12 on the recycling of construction waste
policy ENV 19 on SUDS
policy IM4 on SPG/SPD
