The HBF has submitted general comments in relation to the content of the High Peak draft SPG relating to Designing Out Crime.
The HBF emphasised in its general comments that whilst crime prevention is an important matter, it is but one of many other planning considerations that a local authority has to take on board in the determination of any planning application.
