HBF has submitted representations to High Peek District Council in relation to its Draft SPG on Affordable Housing.
HBFs primary concern to the production of the SPG was its premature timing. The guidance was produced during the second deposit stage of the High Peak Local Plan and the plan is therefore still subject to future amendment. As such the HBF does not believe that it is appropriate for the Council to produce Guidance to supplement a Plan that itself has not yet been formally adopted.
