Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council has published its Draft S.106 Strategy, the HBF has expressed concerns about its content.
The HBF has submitted comments concerning Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council's Draft S.106 Strategy.
The document sets out a long list of matters where financial contributions from developers will be required (rather than sought) by the Local Authority. It details specific sums and formulas in respect of different types of development.
