WHAT DOES YOUR DEPARTMENT DO?
On site sales and marketing of retirement properties
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
Visit sites within my team on a regular basis to provide support and on going training.
Prepare an on site report to enable standards of presentation to be maintained – to include signage, landscaping, sales complex, show apartments and communal areas.
Monitor on going sales and highlight to consultants which sales need monitoring closely to achieve exchange of contracts.
Discuss possible discounts and incentives with Sales consultants on potential sales.
Prepare staff rotas to include holiday requests and cover for staff sickness.
Check all consultants’ timesheets and expenses. Ensure that correct amounts of commission and bonus are paid to each consultant.
Interview new consultants and ensure that correct induction training is in place. Arrange training for new consultant in IT and Guild training. Arrange Mystery shop assessments for consultants.
Liaise with Marketing Executive in setting up new developments and in closing down completed sites.
Maintain close working relationship with Dependant Property Manager to help progress Part Exchange and Home Sales Service requests.
Encourage the team to meet monthly reservation and completion targets.
