Sell apartments at the East Finchley Retirement Development
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
Open the Sales Office
Sweeping up leaves and clearing pathways and drives of any rubbish or rubble that might appear.Ensure the site, including the office and the vacant units are cleaned and hovered ready for visitors.
Phoning potential Prospects.
Monitoring the “diary” system Contacting new and keeping in touch with previous enquirers on a regular basis.
Computer working includes updating all contacts and recording all calls made to indiduals and prospects.
Visiting local businesses and clubs to help awareness of the McCarthy & Stone development.
Visiting and knowing about local competition.
Visiting and encouraging the involvement of local Estate Agents.
Monitoring work in progress including chains of buyers leading to the purchasers of flats at the development.
Calling Solicitors regularly in connection with deals.Working with House Manager to ensure the smooth running of the development.
Updating Managers and other working colleagues.
Identifying and notifying Customer services of any problems requiring attention.
Ordering furnishings as required for flats ie carpets curtains Fireplaces and furniture.Visiting other sites for meetings or training.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT WHAT YOU DO?
Meeting new faces, all contact with residents, getting together with or even talking to working colleagues at meetings or other sites, courses and selling to prospects, I seriously enjoy virtually everything that I do at McCarthy & Stone. No 2 days are alike, No one customer is the same, Every family has a different Situation.
