The HBF, working with the RICS, has organised a seminar on infrastructure constraints and development. The half-day event to be held at the CIA on Thursday, 8 April has speakers from Welsh Water, the Welsh Assembly Government, the Environment Agency and the HBF. OFWAT and other key organisation such as the WDA and the CBI have also been invited to attend.
