The HBF, working with the RICS, has organised a seminar on infrastructure constraints and development.
This half-day event will be held at the CIA on Thursday, 8 April, with speakers from Welsh Water, the Welsh Assembly Government, the Environment Agency and the HBF. OFWAT and other key organisations such as the WDA and the CBI have also been invited to attend.
The main focus of the event will be the opportunity for the audience to ask questions of the panel members.
