Urban Capacity Study assessment
A consortium of 12 HBF members and Spofforth Associates has been set up to study the accuracy of Leeds UCS. The findings and housebuilders views of the UCS will be fed into the UDP Selective Review public inquiry which is due to commence in Summer 2004.
HBF have major concerns with the proposed replacement of all provsionally allocated land back into the green belt.
