HBF has submitted written representations to Luton Borough Council in response to the alterations made at the Revised Deposit Stage.
The HBF has commented on the need for the Plan to acommodate 10 years housing land supply at the time of its eventual adoption. It has also suggested that the Council is being too optimistic in respect of the numbers of dwellings likely to come forward from small windfall sites. Other comments relate to affordable housing, and a range of other topic matters.
