WHAT DOES YOUR DEPARTMENT DO?
Custodians of the Redrow brand
Strategic media planning for brand awareness campaigning
Work as a service function for regional sales teams in adding value and put in place effective policies and efficient processes
Manage all point of sale materials and sales tools from literature to the marketing suite
Manage Redrow’s presence online, from www.redrow.co.uk to smaller microsites and online advertising / search engine strategy
Organise corporate events and presentations to the city
Manage the PR process with press and customers
Co-ordinate internal databases and CRM strategy
Provision of customer analysis and market intelligence into the Redrow business
Oversee customer research from post-completion satisfaction surveys to bespoke research projects
WHAT DO YOU DO ON A DAY-TO-DAY BASIS?
Work with the Marketing Information Assistant to add value in the areas of marketing information and digital marketing
Manage the development of Redrow websites
Develop search engine and online advertising strategies
Produce customer analysis and market intelligence for feeding in to the business
Consider ongoing developments to in-house CRM systems
Co-ordinate SMS and email campaigns to our customer databases
