A private meeting between HBF and EPC officials was held to raise some of the issues surrounding EPCs for new homes. The document below is the updated Q & A briefing sheet resulting from the meeting. One of the areas discussed was whether it would more appropriate to delay the implementation of EPCs for new homes until later on this year.
