Overview A further meting has been held with Welsh Water and Hyder this time specifically concentrating on the issue of embargos on development. Following a frank discussion of the issue it was agreed by all parties that nothing fundamental was likely to change and therefore the issue needed to be pursued elsewhere. It was agreed that case histories of problems be presented to OFWAT for them to determine if WW have acted in a fair and reasonable manner. It was also agreed to approach other interested parties with a view to raising the issue with the Assembly.
