HBF has submitted a written paper for discussion at the forthcoming New Forest district local plan inquiry round table session on the matter of housing supply. It is HBF's view that the Council is over-optimistic regarding various sources of future housing supply such that, if further land is not available for housing in the plan, the plan will not meet its strategic housing requirement.
