New Homes Week returns: Monday 3 to Sunday 9 February 2025

New Homes Week is an annual celebration of new build homes. Launched by HBF in 2005, the awareness-raising campaign provides a platform for industry to come together to highlight the benefits of new builds.

    New Homes Week 2025


    New Homes Week will return from Monday 3 to Sunday 9 February 2025. This year's theme is 'Community' and will focus on the investment new build developments bring to local areas and the strong sense of community established on new build developments.

    In addition to activity related to the 2025 campaign, we will develop daily content themes based on universal benefits of new build homes.

    New Homes Week 2024

    The theme of our 2024 campaign was “Tomorrow Awaits: Make it Yours”, playing on the emotional consideration and connection of buying a new home. We published a new report - Seamless Transitions - based on a public survey that explored the public perceptions of moving home, new build homes, and overall wellbeing.

    Our main advocate for the campaign was reality TV star and homes influencer Olivia Bowen. Olivia has amassed 3.7 million followers across her personal and business account, The Bowen Home.
