HBF has submitted representations to North West Leicestershire District Council concerning its Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance on Affordable Housing. In particular, with regard to the emphasis given to social rented accommodation, as opposed to other types of provision.ovariance between the content of it and the Council's Adopted Local plan.
The HBF similarly queried the Councils suggestion that only low cost market housing available at no more than 60% of open market value could be justified in terms of helping to meet the identified need for affordable housing.
