HBF has submitted representations on the Draft SPG, Open Space & Play Provision for Norwich City Council.
The SPG seeks to propose a number of ideas in relation to securing planning obligations, not least, seeking to replenish existing deficiencies in stock.
It is the view of the HBF that this SPG is contrary to Circular 1/97 on a number of grounds.
