The Welsh Assembly Government in association with the County Planning Officers Society, the Centre for Alternative Technology and Filsol are looking for a House Builder to work in partnership with. The scheme aims to familiarise house builders and local planning authority development control staff with the issues surrouonding passive solar gain.
